Bon Voyage adds three vacation spots, which are yet more place your sims can live. Business adds Bluewater Village, which is like another downtown, with more sims added. University adds three college campuses to the game, like Nightlife added that downtown. Like I told you, EVERY expansion pack is going to add more of everything. Some of those toys allow building skills you can't do in the basic game. Most of the baby and toddler stuff is going to be stuff like more cribs, high chairs, and toys. My babies were usually in their PJs, since they spend most of the time in the crib, and too much of a pain to take places, I wouldn't worry about their clothes.

They looked better than what came with the game, plus I think it came with some really nice looking houses, already furnished with a bunch of Ikea stuff.

The Ikea's best feature was all the furniture and TV consoles. I got Sims 2 Deluxe, and University Collection was my first expansion. Some packs add cars, houses, and even whole neighborhoods. Every single expansion will add new clothes, hair, furniture, appliances, and decorations. Ikea Stuff also comes with the University COLLECTION. Like is there is baby stuff and clothes, what about toddlers and kids? Will there be cool adult stuff I just ordered the sims 2 ikea home stuff, and the anticipation is killing me. Has anyone bought the new Sims 2 IKEA home stuff pack?.

You should, however, look forward to Freetime being reformatted soon, as they usually tend to release a Mac version 5 months later (Freetime was released for PC in Feb of 2008). I do see them putting out Freetime & Apartment Life eventually, however I don't see Apartment Life coming anytime soon. They haven't put anything out (stuff pack wise) since Holiday Stuff Pack, so I don't think they'll ever bother to reformat IKEA and they haven't put out Freetime yet.
You can keep up with them and hope for the best, otherwise, you might want to save up for a PC. Aspyr, the company who converts the Sims 2 for mac, doesn't appear to have any new Sims 2 games coming out soon. It just depends on how badly you really want to play these games. Right now, it looks like the only way you will be able to get either of these is to get a Windows PC. Also apartment life i really want that one! I really want IKEA home stuff for the sims 2 but i have a mac and i was wondering if anyone knew when its comin out for mac.
